One of many more projects to come that are not web-related…
Here’s a look at the new logo I designed for Stewart Redwine of Heart Initiative. As you can see from his website, the logo is derived from a still from one of his projects where he uses “light-writing” to spell out words, and create shapes such as the heart used for the logo.
I chose Museo for the font because of it’s likeness to the heart shape. Something that the designer, Jos Buivenga, probably never considered, but worked out real well in this case! I also wanted to use a font that had slabs on the capital “I” since the word “initiative” is so vertical.
