The Time

Recently read Hemingway’s The Sun Also Rises. Such a great book, but now anytime I see imagery of bull fights I crave red wine. Here’s a recent collage from my Moleskine sketchbook.

That’s interesting you posted this! Last May I went to Pamplona and there were Hemmingway busts all over the place. Would love to see the book that put Pamplona on people’s radars!

Great layout and concept. I’ve never read “The Sun Also Rises” but I really like the way you expressed it visually here. The scripture at the bottom is a nice touch too.

Joyce and Kyle, I highly recommend that each of you read “The Sun Also Rises.” Kyle, that scripture is a theme in the book.

Thanks, both of you, for your comments. :)
